There are 3 types of trouble that can be created in the existing Trouble Ticket System, including Down Time, Interruption and Damage. Classification of this type of trouble can be customized to the needs of the user.

Ticket Information

This feature displays a list of all tickets accompanied by detailed information on each ticket and ticket history from create to close. Escalation or rejection the ticket can be done in this feature.

TT Activity

This feature displays a list of all tickets with 2 classifications, active tickets and other tickets, which means tickets that are not on the user.
