Asset Management System is a systematic process that maintains, upgrades, and operates assets most cost-effectively through the creation, acquisition, operation, maintenance, rehabilitation, and disposal of assets related to identifying what is needed assets, identifying funding needs, acquiring assets, providing logistical and maintenance support systems for assets, removing or renewing assets so that they can effectively and efficiently meet objectives.
Asset Management has 5 management functions: Electricity, Security, Assets, Fuel, and Environmental Management, which works as a standalone system and can be monitored through web and mobile based applications

Mobile Asset Watcher Reader
We make software/applications for your mobile or desktop where the software we create can function as a barcode reader or geo-tagging tool.
Fixed Asset Watcher Reader
You can monitor more than 400 connected data items with the help of a cloud server. Only with RFID, assets that have been recorded can be monitored, and can also serve as an "Alert" marker if your assets are to be moved or demolished improperly (forced).
Asset Watcher GPS Tracker
We call this a Tracking Asset Watcher, this tool can function as a "Point Location" where your asset location and position are, simply integrated with a GPS Tracker so you can monitor the position of your assets.

Asset Registration (AR)
AR-1: Manual Data Entry
Register the asset to the Asset database by entering all the information in drop down menu and link it with the RFID/Barcode device.
AR-2: Search Database
Register the asset to the Asset database by uploading current asset database and link the Serial number with RFID/Barcode device.

Asset Loan System (ALS)
ALS-1: Loan Form
Loan can be done through Web or Mobile App. and need approval prior to be collected from warehouse.
Once loan proposal is approved then warehouse staff should prepare equipment for collection.
Equipment should be confirmed by Desktop RFID reader prior to be handover to the loaner to avoid discrepancies in quantity or model & serial no. ALS must be approved by Technical Director.

Asset Confirmation (AC)
AC-1: W/H Confirmation
Every loan collection must be confirmed by the system after being prepared by W/H staff, to avoid any discrepancies on device model/ serial no and quantity. W/H confirmation is done through RFID desktop/tray or Barcode reader.

Asset Transfer Movement (ATM)
ATM-1: Transfer Process
Loaned equipment hold by the loaner is transferred to the other person due to particular case, like device faulty and need to get the replacement from fellow counterpart. Thus the loaner of such equipment has moved to the new loaner and recorded the same in the system
